An entrepreneur from a young age, Stephanie Cartin walked away from her corporate career in 2012 to launch Socialfly, a leading social-first digital and influencer marketing agency based in New York City.

Courtney Spritzer
As Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Socialfly, Courtney oversees all operations, strategy, and finance. Socialfly is a leading social media marketing and influencer agency specializing in Fashion, Beauty, and Hospitality.
Since 2011, Courtney has developed strategic social media plans for her clients and successfully implemented campaigns for 200+ clients, including John Varvatos, NEST Fragrances, The Palm Restaurants, Michael C Fina, FullBeauty Brands, Huntington Learning Center, and Modell’s.
In addition to her work at Socialfly, Courtney is the Co-Founder of Startups in Stilettos, a networking group for female entrepreneurs in New York City. Kitty Schur
Prior to joining Entreprenista as a Strategic Creative Advisor, Kitty founded the premier digital women’s community, The Collective Rising ((A community of over 13k+ individual members and 5500+ company members) in 2018, which was acquired by Entreprenista in early 2022.
Kitty has a thorough background in creative direction, brand development, content strategy and content creation, community build-out and event production.
She has extensive experience working as a creative director and creative brand consultant and has helped many influential individuals, start-ups, as well as luxury brands, craft thoughtful brand messaging, conceptualize unique and engaging programming, expand their community and curate an elevated and memorable brand presence.
After graduating top of her class from The University of Southern California in 2017, where she studied Film and Public Relations, Kitty went on to work with a number of the decade’s most notable female empowerment initiatives.
In December of 2021, Kitty graduated from The London School of Economics with her master’s degree in Global and Social Impact and Innovation. She spent the duration of her program heavily researching and focusing on issues related to mental health and mindfulness.
Kitty has extensive experience working in the fields of social activism, women’s issues, entertainment, and media, as well as on wellness and mindfulness initiatives, and lends her refined eye and global business sensibilities to all the endeavors she pursues.
